All guests to the Ashton Gardens (Imaginaria) must sign a waiver prior to entry. Waivers must be signed by an adult. Adults may sign for dependent children on the same waiver. Waivers are good for an entire year of visits to Ashton Gardens and Mountain America Jurassic Jungle. Please read the waiver for recommended/required footwear and dress for each location.
